The short version

If something is broken on our side, you get your money back. If you simply changed your mind after working through the material, you do not. We would rather say that plainly here than argue about it later.

Digital goods and your right to withdraw

These are downloadable files delivered instantly. Under EU and UK consumer law you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase, but that right does not apply to digital content once delivery has started with your express consent. At checkout you confirm that you want immediate access and that you are giving up the withdrawal right. Until you confirm it, the 14 days stand.

We refund, no questions asked

The download link failed, the files are corrupted, or you never received them
You were charged twice, or charged an amount you did not agree to
You bought by mistake and have not opened the materials
The pack is materially different from what this site described

Write to hello@adamceo.com within 14 days of purchase. Include the email you paid with. We answer within two business days, and we would rather fix the problem than keep money that bought you nothing.

We do not refund

Change of mind after you have gone through the material
"It was not what I expected" when the site described it accurately — the whole pack is listed openly before payment, including what it does not do
Not having the time, or deciding not to set it up
Video generation costs. Those go to a separate provider, not to us, and we cannot return money we never received
Results. We hand over the method, the prompts and the checks that produce our own episodes. We cannot promise your videos will find an audience, and nobody honest can

Chargebacks

If you think a refund is due, ask us first. A dispute filed with your bank costs us the sale plus a fixed fee, takes weeks, and gets you the same money more slowly. Fraudulent chargebacks are reported and the licence is revoked.

Who handles the payment

Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, acting as the merchant of record. They appear on your statement, handle tax, and can issue refunds directly. Their own buyer terms apply alongside this policy.
